Szeged Waterworks

Veolia Water has been responsible for the technical management of Szeged Waterworks Ltd. since 1994 with a 49% ownership stake.

Budapest Sewage Works

In 1997, after winning an international project, the Veolia Water and Berlin Waterworks consortium purchased 25% of the shares of Budapest Sewage Works Ltd. from the Budapest Municipality.

Salgótarján Sewage Works

In 2004 Veolia Water signed a cooperation agreement and operation contract with the Municipality of the County Town of Salgótarján.

Érd and Environs Regional Waterworks

In 2006 Veolia Water and its largest interest in Hungary, Budapest Sewage Works Ltd. signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the seven owner local authorities of Érd and Environs Regional Waterworks.

SADE Hungary Construction

SADE Hungary Construction, Veolia Water's subsidiary dealing with civil engineering, has been represented in Hungary since 1994.

OTV Hungary

OTV Hungary is the most significant European subsidiary company of the Veolia Water group dealing with drinking water and wastewater treatment technologies; it started its activity in Hungary in 1999 by winning the reconstruction project of the North Pest Wastewater Treatment Plant.
