Industrial outsourcing activity since 2001
In 2001 Veolia Water started to develop industrial outsourcing activity. Due to strengthening environmental awareness, the conditions of EU accession and the increasingly strict legal environment in line with this, the demand for such services is continually growing.
Projects mainly consist of the operation of:
- Facilities for treatment and distribution of drinking and process water (water treatment plants),
- Facilities for draining and treatment of wastewater (sewage systems and wastewater treatment plants).
Main objectives of industrial water management outsourcing:
- Operation of water management facilities;
- Optimal economic and technical management;
- Complying with environmental and other regulations and requirements, as well as with sector and internal regulations and complying with reporting obligations;
- Maintenance of equipment;
- Cooperation in preparing water management facility development;
- Long-term contracts.
