The customer-relations activity is divided. Affairs in connection with fee payment and invoicing are handled by us in the customer relations office of our partner service provider, and in connection with technical questions (information in connection with using the sewage service, blocked systems, industrial camera examinations, liquid communal waste removal, carrying out accredited laboratory tests, etc.) we meet our customers at the company premises. In the interest of carrying out our work faster and more efficiently, last year we made a large IT investment, which may form a suitable starting point for the operation of the Technical IT System planned for the medium term.

ISO

The company has had MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 and MSZ EN ISO 14001:1997 certification accredited by the Hungarian Standards Institution since 2003.
Since the audit, the company has operated the integrated control system with a success, consequently the certification review audit in March 2006 was completed successfully, so we now comply with the MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005 standard as well. The employees of the Salgótarján Sewage Works Ltd., apart from operating the quality and environment management systems, they are also committed to the continuous development of their contents.

  - Sewage collection,
  - Operation of rainwater network,
  - Illegal connection examination.

Besides the listed services, the company also carries out tests on the chemical parameters of wastewater, and this activity was accredited by the National Accrediting Body in January 2006. The company has an accrediting document that is valid until 16 January 2009, in which the Body recognises that the Water Quality Examination Laboratory of Salgótarján Sewage Works Ltd. complies with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025:2001 standard and registers the laboratory under number NAT-1-1430/2006.
